I've closed the tiebreakers; I've got a nasty headache tonight, though, so I won't be posting results until tomorrow night. (I figure if I tried it now, I'd probably seriously mess it up or something.)

Unfortunately, only 2 people entered round 12, which isn't enough for voting. That round will close without voting, though both participants will receive participation banners.
Second, at this time, the community will be put on hiatus indefinitely. I have hopes to work on banners that are owed and, after that, I will decide what to do with the community.
